In college at California State Northridge, he played volleyball and envisioned a future filled with athletic triumphs. But life had other plans, and his personal life turned upside down. Seeking solace, he returned home and found work at a local nursery during the holiday rush, selling Christmas trees.
At this time, he wasn’t driven by ambition or passion—just the need to stay busy and keep his mind occupied and hours turned into weeks, weeks into years, as he climbed the ranks at the landscape company. Another personal setback eventually led to a moment of clarity: it was time to stop surviving and start building something for himself.
With a clear vision in mind, he took a bold leap and left his job, determined to focus solely on the area he knew best – lawn care. Drawing on his network and resources, Green Grass Guy was born. What started as a one-man operation has since grown into a thriving, reputable company with a dedicated team of four employees who share a passion for lawn care excellence.
